The Liftmaster RSL12UL is a Residential DC pad mount gate operator that is battery run. It is appropriate for use on residential slide gate applications; both single and dual and supports wireless dual gate communication. The Liftmaster RSL12UL supports gates that do not exceed 25ft at 800 lbs. It also supports sites that require 115VAC, or solar power 30 watts (MAX).
The LiftMaster RSL12UL uses Security+ 2.0 radio technology that has twice the range of standard radio technology. It also features MyQ Technology, providing the ability to remotely monitor and activate the gate via Internet-enabled mobile phones and computers. The LiftMaster RSL12UL has a 3 year Limited Warranty on commercial applications. This model is UL325 compliant for class I,II.
