Return/Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping with EM's Iron Works. We aim to provide you with high-quality products and excellent service. Please review our Return and Cancellation Policy to understand how to return items or cancel orders.

1. Returns

Eligibility for Returns

- Return Window: You may return items within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging to be eligible for a return.
- Exclusions: Custom or made-to-order items, clearance items, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Return Process

- Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@emsironworks.com or (626) 869 - 7379 with your order number and reason for return.
- Return Authorization: You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Please include this number with your return.
- Shipping Costs: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns.

Refunds

- Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

2. Exchanges

- Exchange Policy: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item following our return process and place a new order for the desired item.

3. Order Cancellations

Cancellation Window

- Cancellation Request: Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placement. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@emsironworks.com or (626) 869 - 7379.
- Processing Status: Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, you will need to follow our return policy to return the item.

 

4. Damaged or Defective Items

- Report Issues: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with your order number, photos of the damage or defect, and a description of the issue.
- Resolution: We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the situation.

5. Refunds for Canceled Orders

- Cancellation Refund: If your order is canceled before it has been processed or shipped, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Post-Processing: If the order has been processed or shipped, the return process outlined above will apply for refunds.
